Customise record create form by pipeline

HubSpot admins now have more control over which properties are presented to users when creating deals/tickets. Users can how complete different fields by setting conditional logic based on deal, ticket or custom object pipeline. This is super useful for businesses that need to collect different information for different pipelines and ticket lists!

Calculate averages in 'rating' type questions for custom surveys

You can now calculate the averages of 'rating' type questions in custom surveys making it easier to take the temperature on how delighted your customer base is. Note, this update applies to net new rating questions and not existing ones.

Scan website for broken links

Previously, the website recommendations tool only flagged broken in ternal links. This has now been extended to external links so you can fix these before they cause an SEO/user journey issue.

Clone static lists

Users can now clone static lists and make filter updates before saving them as a new list. List cloning was previously only something that could be done with active lists. You can also now restore deleted static lists for up to 90 days!

Review and ignore workflows at risk

You may remember the workflows with errors tab in the automation tool. This is now labelled as the workflows at risk tool which shows you all of the workflows that have issues. However, you can now review, prioritise and temporarily ignore workflow errors until they occur again.

Invoice user permissions

HubSpot admins can now give or remove a user's ability to read invoice information or create or edit invoices. All existing users will have both invoice read and write permissions by default, so you'll have to log in and remove these manually.

Added levels of security

HubSpot users will now need to log in again if their account has been inactive for longer than 24 hours. Admins can now also see a list of users that don't have 2FA set up within the Security Centre and request that 2FA is set up.

Crucial updates to import functionality

There are three new features on the import tool, allowing for greater control over the data being imported into HubSpot. These are:

  • the import mapping guide
  • custom unique IDs for deals, tickets and custom objects
  • create/update only imports.

Form dashboard

The new forms dashboard brings the tool inline with other parts of the software, allowing users to analyse their form performance at a glance. This does mean some parts of the functionality have moved but we think it's a move in the right direction!

Saved views in tasks

You can now create saved views in the tasks app, making it easier to customise your task view so you're only seeing the information you really need!
