What’s included in a HubSpot website migration?

Your site will be migrated to the HubSpot CMS in addition to a standard set of templates, page items and codes files to match your existing website. Your site will be thoroughly checked by an Intergage marketing engineer and your website analytics software will be updated to work on the HubSpot CMS. If any URLs change as a result of the migration, these will also be redirected for you. The site will then be set live for you by one of our HubSpot specialists so you can have peace of mind that everything will run smoothly.

What’s not included in a HubSpot website migration?

Here are some examples of content types that will not be migrated in a standard HubSpot migration:

  • blog comments
  • Flash websites or navigation
  • live chat
  • social media feeds
  • popup forms and banner notifications
  • dynamic shopping carts.

There are also some pieces of content that will need specialist development work to be moved across to the HubSpot CMS. This might include survey pages, interactive calculators or webpage animation to name a few. We will identify this content before starting the migration.

How long will my website migration take?

The initial website migration typically takes two-to-three weeks with the wraparound service taking an additional one-to-two weeks.

Is there a limit to the number of pages I can migrate?

Typically, any website with up to 1,000 pages can be migrated.
