Marketing Assistant

We’re on the lookout for a highly motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team and support our own marketing function.

You will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Director  in implementing campaigns and initiatives across a range of channels. You will also work closely with the sales team to help with engaging prospects.

Unlike most roles, we don’t need you to have loads of experience – we can give you that! We do need you to take pride in your work, have a genuine interest in marketing and have a positive can-do attitude.

This is a brilliantly varied role that would be perfect for someone in their early marketing career. You’ll be surrounded by marketing experts, will be mentored closely and there are plenty of opportunities to learn and develop.

This is a hybrid role requiring you to work at least one day a week from our HQ in Ferndown, Dorset.

The day to day:

• Help set up and manage our portfolio of online events/workshops
• Implement and manage marketing campaigns from start to finish
• Look after our social channels, create engaging content and post regularly
• Generate marketing newsletters
• Create written content such as blogs, guides and how-tos
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers/potential suppliers
• Help write killer case studies that tell our clients’ stories
• Maintain CRM data (HubSpot), including keeping records up to date
• Work with the sales team to follow up on leads and keep them warm.

You’ll be fantastic for this role if you:

• Have solid communications skills (written and verbal)
• Are a self-starter and are able to use your initiative to complete tasks
• Have great organisational skills
• Are eager to learn and want to continually develop
